These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the EU and other non-EU countries by Sinmoca.com property CASASNOVAS 2002 SL, with Tax Number B57125791, bound exclusively to individuals
Any order made on sinmoca.com necessarily by way of essential, decisive and indispensable, the acceptance without reservation by the customer of the General conditions of sale of sinmoca.com the day in which the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these terms and conditions shall include the application of the order to which they refer, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are put into their knowledge by sinmoca.com
Applicable law and jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a result of them, shall be subject to Spanish law.
Prices. The prices published on sinmoca.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographic errors. All prices are with the VAT applicable on the day of the order included, any change in the rate of VAT will be automatically applied to prices of products for sale in sinmoca.com
Sales on product in sinmoca.com will be displayed in the section "Outlet" or will be indicated on the product tab and if not indicated otherwise, are valid while displayed on-screen.
Discounts offered by sinmoca.com are valid within the limit of stocks available in our warehouse. Sinmoca.com reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the availability of their suppliers.
Photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed to sale are only indicative and do not compromise in any way the seller, even though they try to be as accurate as possible to the original.

Payment with credit card guarantees a simple and safe payment method. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only. The amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of submitting your order. When purchased items are returned, we will refund your payment to your credit card.Additional credit card payment security. Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code allow safe payment in online money transfers by credit card with special encryption
Customers registered with Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code will be redirected to the website of their Bankers and will have to confirm the payment with their PIN. After the PIN verification, you will receive the confirmation of purchase from sinmoca.com webshop.

¿ How we send your order?
Orders sent to Spain mainland and Balearic Islands are free of carriage for orders of 50 euros and above. The shipping cost to other countries will be indicated in the shopping cart.
Dispatch of goods will take place, once the payment has been made, within a period of 24-48 hours, provided the material is available in stock. When an article due to lack of stock should ordered to the factory ,delivery time can delay to 20-35 days.
We will not have any responsibility with you for failures in the delivery of an order, or delays, or for any damage or malfunction caused by circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control including, without limitations, strikes, closures or other industrial disputes, closure of several infrastructure, lack of access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address and person indicated on the order.
By default, invoices will be sent with the goods or to the e-mail address specified by the customer when placed order at the webshop sinmoca.com
On Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays there will be no output or delivery of orders.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package (s) to the customer and this sign the receipt of delivery. Corresponds to the client verify the condition of the goods receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery note of the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I do to return merchandise?
It is our policy, complying with the Spanish regulations, to grant customers the right to return any item purchased from sinmoca.com in the period of 7 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in sinmoca.com, returned in their original and sealed packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted without questions.
Within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt of the return, sinmoca.com is committed to refund the money.

Do I have to pay costs to return merchandise?
If the cause of the return is that the returned item does not correspond as requested in the order, sinmoca.com shall bear the cost of the return and re-delivery to you.
If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of the returned item but not the cost of shipping or return costs
If the article is returned to be changed by other, customer must pay in advance transportation costs for return and re-delivery of merchandise. The amount of these expenses will be communicated by e-mail to customer.
CANCELLATIONS
¿ How can I cancel my purchase order?
You have to inform us by telephone to + 34 670 22 21 15 or by email at ventas@sinmoca.com about your intend to
cancel order.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the exit of goods the customer will not have any charge.
In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be charged shipping costs as well as the return cost of the goods.
